Go to google.com instead of redirecting to regional site

Ever got the frustation when you typed in google.com and got redirected to regional website of google as per your location ?
I just found this that if you type in the browser http://www.google.com/ncr and press enter, it will remember to use google.com the next time you type the same in browser.

Also there'll be an option of 'go to google.com' on the links below in the regional website of google too, clicking which will do the same.
